We do not tie you into a contract; we will rely on the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied, and we cannot do whatever you need doing to be satisfied, we ask for one month’s notice, and will charge only an administrative fee of £19.95 to transfer your site to the hosting organisation of your choice.
